Here at the Queens we believe all dishes are only as good as their ingredients, which is why we have put in a lot of time to source the best of what is locally available. We are interested in creating an appealing, simple menus done really well. Changes are made to the menu regularly and on Sundays our popular roasts are served – best to book.

We buy beef direct from the Harvey Brothers, who farm out near Pendeen, about ten miles from St Ives – their cows enjoy sea views! – and pork from popular St Just butcher McFaddens. Fish is always sourced fresh, mostly from day boats via local St Ives supplier, Matthew Stevens.
