Please read through this carefully before your stay.
Before arrival, please inform us by email to email@example.com of:
- any food allergies or dietary requirements;
- rough expected time of arrival (there is often a seasonal traffic ban 11am–4pm in central St Ives, do call us for advice if arriving by car);
- if assistance is needed carrying luggage to the bedroom on arrival (hotel is on three floors and no lift); and
- whether synthetic bedding is required (in place of feather).
Please note we cannot accommodate early check ins, late check outs, or storing luggage before or after check out.
Check in time is from 16:00 and check out time is by 10:30.
During your stay please note:
On check in you need to confirm your breakfast booking time (08:00, 08:10, 08:20, 08:30, 08:40, 08:50, 09:00, 09:10, 09:20, 09:30) and any evening meal reservation. A breakfast pre-order form is in the bedroom.
Card payments preferred.
We are sorry we have suspended Maid Service for now and no one will enter your room during your stay. If towels, tea/coffee, toilet rolls are needed please ask a member of Staff at breakfast. Bagged rubbish can be left outside your room to be collected 09:00—11:00
Table service only in the bar.
Table bookings for timed slots at breakfast, lunch and dinner need to be booked in with staff the day before.
Room bills need to be settled on arrival and food/drink bills at the end of a meal.
No shampoo or body wash is provided in the bathrooms.
Bathrooms will have anti-bacterial handwash, and rooms will have tea/coffee, milk, sugar, kettle, hairdryer, fan.
Please use the hand sanitiser on entering the hotel, and on entering the bar toilets. There’s an additional pump on the first floor landing.
When in the bar, we encourage guests to return to their bedrooms to use the toilet.
When seated at a table in the bar, masks can be removed; otherwise please ensure a mask is worn at all times in the bar and hotel, as per current guidelines.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to the hotel if you are displaying any symptoms of COVID-19. If you develop COVID symptoms during your stay you must immediately inform the staff, self-isolate and check out asap. We reserve the right to refuse admission to guests not abiding by our guidelines.
Please prop bedroom door open, open windows slightly and leave key in the door and inform a member of staff that you are leaving.
